  • Backed by extensive experience with lots of additional resources; with decades of experience in financial management and real estate investment, the authors use those fields of expertise to make virtually all aspects of investing in real estate as understandable as possible.
  • Extremely accessible & readable; the author takes the often complex topics around real estate investing and spells them out as plainly as possible, making this a long but surprisingly understandable read.
